Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of CrownGlobalMusic and the Crown AI artist operating system ("Crown," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Crown, you agree to these Terms.
2. Crown Services
Crown provides software tools designed to assist artists with music intelligence, campaign strategy, content creation, visual creation, audience planning, release preparation, scheduling, supported social-platform connections, and related artist workflows.
Features may change, be added, limited, suspended, or discontinued as the service evolves.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the security of your Crown account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
4. User Content and Rights
You retain your rights in music, images, videos, artist materials, campaign information, and other content you submit to Crown.
You grant Crown the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, transform, transmit, and otherwise handle your submitted content for the purpose of providing features you request.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit and use content through Crown.
5. AI-Generated Content
Crown may use artificial intelligence to generate or assist with strategies, text, images, videos, analysis, and other outputs. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to material generated for other users.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether they are appropriate, accurate, lawful, and suitable for your intended use before publishing or relying on them.
6. Connected Platforms and Publishing
Crown may allow you to connect third-party services and authorize actions such as preparing, scheduling, uploading, or publishing content. You remain responsible for content published to your connected accounts and for complying with each third-party platform's rules and terms.
Third-party availability, APIs, permissions, review requirements, and platform policies may affect whether a Crown feature is available or functions as expected.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain Crown features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and included features are presented during the purchase process. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
Unless otherwise stated during purchase or required by law, recurring subscriptions continue until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for a billing period already purchased.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use Crown to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, distribute malicious software, interfere with Crown's operation, abuse third-party platforms, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
9. Intellectual Property
Crown's software, branding, interface, designs, and other proprietary service materials are owned by CrownGlobalMusic or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Crown's technology or branding to users.
10. Service Availability
Crown is provided on an evolving basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party service.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Crown is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Crown does not guarantee commercial results, audience growth, revenue, platform performance, campaign outcomes, or the accuracy of AI-generated output.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrownGlobalMusic and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Crown.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Crown, its users, third parties, or the integrity of the service, including in response to violations of these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Crown evolves. Updated Terms may be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
