CrownGlobalMusic, operating the Crown AI artist operating system ("Crown," "we," "us," or "our"), provides tools that help artists organize music campaigns, create content and visual assets, plan releases, and connect supported third-party platforms.
This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information Crown may collect, why we use that information, how information may be shared, and the choices available to users.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Crown, we may process account information such as your name and email address; music, images, videos, campaign information, captions, artist information, and other content you submit; subscription and transaction-related information provided by our payment processor; technical and service usage information; and information necessary to connect supported third-party services.
Crown may also receive information that you authorize a third-party platform to provide when you connect an account to Crown.
3. Connected Social Accounts
Crown may allow you to connect supported social media or content platforms, including services such as TikTok and Instagram. When you authorize a connection, Crown may receive identifiers, profile information, authorization credentials or tokens, and other data permitted by the scopes you approve.
Crown uses connected-account information to provide the features you request, such as displaying connection status and, where supported and authorized, preparing or publishing campaign content. Crown does not obtain your social-media password through these authorization flows.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to operate and secure Crown; authenticate users; provide campaign, content, visual, scheduling, publishing, and related artist tools; process subscriptions; maintain service functionality; troubleshoot problems; prevent misuse; communicate with users; and improve Crown's products and services.
5. AI Features and User Content
Crown includes artificial-intelligence features. Content submitted to an AI-powered feature may be processed by service providers necessary to perform the requested operation. Users should only submit material they have the right and authority to use.
AI-generated results may contain errors or unexpected output. Users are responsible for reviewing generated material before publishing or relying on it.
6. Service Providers and Disclosure
We may share information with vendors and infrastructure providers when reasonably necessary to operate Crown, including providers supporting hosting, databases, authentication, payment processing, artificial intelligence, media generation, storage, and authorized social-platform integrations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and security of Crown or others, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction.
7. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Crown, satisfy legitimate operational needs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and service involved.
Crown uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet-based service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Requests
You may disconnect supported third-party accounts through available Crown or provider controls. You may also contact us to request assistance regarding access, correction, deletion, or other privacy-related matters. Applicable rights may vary depending on your location.
9. Third-Party Services
Third-party platforms and services connected to Crown operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Crown is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of those third parties.
10. Children's Privacy
Crown is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
